Design of the mobile application LP2L - Local Place to Live
Niche: Housing rental, relocation, and services for digital nomads.
Toolkit: Figma, Adobe Photoshop.
Project goal:
Create an intuitive and minimalist interface for a platform that helps users find "local bases" for living and working around the world (Bali, Lisbon, Rome).
Completed works:
User experience (UX) design:
Development of a housing search structure with filtering by quality of workspace and Wi-Fi speed.
Creation of a booking management system with a visual progress bar of current stay.
Integration of additional services: visa support, network status check, and one-click contact with an agent.
Visual design (UI):
Color palette: Use of a deep emerald shade combined with a clean white background to create a sense of calm and reliability.
Typography: Selection of modern grotesque fonts for high readability on smartphone screens.
Interface elements: Rounded corners of object cards and buttons to give the interface softness and modernity.
Functional blocks:
Object card: Emphasis on key parameters of remote work (Full Office Setup, 300Mbps Wi-Fi).
Calendar and calculation: Transparent pricing system with details on deposit and cleaning.
Personal account: Convenient division into current and past bookings.
Result:
A full-fledged application prototype has been developed, combining the functionality of a booking service and a personal relocation assistant. The design emphasizes the technological nature of the platform and addresses the main pain points of the target audience – the need for stable internet and legalization in a new country.
