Desktop Image Upscaler

What it can do:

* increases images by 2–4 times with natural detail and clear textures
* restores faces without the "plastic" effect

Technical part: PyTorch, OpenCV, PyQt interface. Works on Windows and Linux, fully offline with local weights.

For example: upscaling the first episode of Berserk from 480p to 2K took 1 hour and 28 minutes on a 5070 Ti graphics card.
