Client's goals?
The client had a problem with scaling, they couldn't increase the number of orders per day. The client tried additional referrals from people they knew, but sales did not increase. Therefore, an additional source of sales was needed, which would bring profit. The client was looking for an expert to outsource the management of Facebook/Instagram Ads marketing.

What was done or changed?
Conducted market analysis, competition analysis, target audience analysis. Made a few landing-offers to test, integrate analytics, pixel, etc.

What was the strategy?
Even though the products were from evergreen, seasonality was still affecting sales a bit. So we developed strategies on pre-sales.

We developed creatives.
We did a technical audit.
We launched test campaigns.
Two strategies were developed, one warming, the second on the landing page selling the product. The test budget was $30 per day.

Point B
After the test periods, the client refused to scale up, as he did not have time to process orders per day, so it was decided to leave the same level of advertising. The indicators on this project are as follows:
