Development of a B2B portal on Horoshop with CRM OneBox integration
Implemented a closed B2B website for wholesale clients on the Horoshop platform. The project required a non-standard approach due to the platform's functional limitations and the need for deep integration with an external CRM.
Main technical tasks I completed:
• Custom HTML layout: Developed unique pages (Home, Delivery, Payment, Cooperation) through an HTML editor for full compliance with the individual design.
• B2B Logic: Configured access to wholesale prices exclusively after authorization. Implemented a minimum order amount restriction (5000 UAH) and hid retail prices.
• Complex integration with CRM OneBox: Set up the transfer of orders and applications from site forms to the CRM. Implemented the display of order history in the personal account, including orders created manually by managers in OneBox.
• SEO settings: Complete isolation of the site from search engine indexing to maintain the confidentiality of wholesale offers.
• Checkout: Enhanced the standard cart with additional fields (EDRPOU, business type) for contractor segmentation.
Result: The client received a fully functional tool for scaling wholesale sales with process automation in the CRM.
