Development of a custom CRM system and server optimization

A comprehensive project for the development of web modules for an internal CRM system (PHP) and the setup of a fault-tolerant server environment for its operation.

What was implemented:
• backend logic: writing and customizing task automation modules, client cards, and integration with APIs (including Telegram bots for notifications).
• Optimization: refactoring legacy code, rewriting complex database queries to speed up system response.
• Infrastructure: deployment and administration of a web server based on Ubuntu Server. Setting up automatic backups and monitoring systems.

The project has been successfully launched, allowing the client to automate routine processes and ensure stable system availability 24/7.
