Development of interior design project

WHAT WE OFFER?
Design project:
- On-site visit for measurements (free of charge in Kyiv and within a 30 km radius from the city);
- Measurements, development of several renovation options;
- Research of your request, analysis of similar projects and your stylistic preferences;
- Creation of a concept and visualizations of the selected option;
- Complete set of drawings for the project;
- Specification of all selected materials, their quantities, and exact models. All custom items are calculated with our contractors and also included in the specification.

Author's supervision and management:
- On-site visit for quality control of contractors' work, negotiations with them;
- If needed, selection of alternative materials and solutions;
- Completion of the project with materials from rough construction to finishing;
- Budget formation for each project stage;
- Constant control of timely deliveries.

PRICE:
- Interior design project - $30 per m2;
- Author's supervision and management - $300 (approximate price, negotiable).
