Development of a multi-layer neuronal network

The program developed by me allows the user to build a fully connected neuronal network with a arbitrary configuration. The user also has the ability to set the network parameters, generate training and test samples, produce the network learning process and verify its work. In this program, the network is used to build the curve of the Bezie on the specified points and moments.
