Developed a comprehensive SMM strategy focusing on creating content for various holidays and seasons
Implemented a content calendar with relevant holiday ideas, master classes, and inspirations
Launched a series of video tutorials "How to Organize the Perfect Celebration" on Instagram and TikTok
Created themed challenges to engage the audience (e.g., "Most Creative Photo Zone")
Developed a loyalty program with exclusive access to seasonal collections
Results:
Traffic from social media increased by 744% (from 4.5K to 38K/month)
Conversion rate increased from 2.3% to 6.8% (+196%)
Number of followers grew from 3,600 to 52,000 (+1344%)
User engagement rate increased from 1.8% to 8.2% (+356%)
ROAS increased from 160% to 420% (+163%)
Key conclusions:
Instagram and visual content became the main source of traffic and sales (45%)
Children's celebrations are the most profitable category (38% of sales, 48% margin)
Seasonal themed campaigns showed the highest conversion rate
User-generated content increased organic reach by 280%
The percentage of repeat customers grew from 14% to 58% thanks to the loyalty program
