Development of a website for a company trading in galvanized metal
Project Overview
The main goal of the project was to completely restructure the outdated static HTML website and migrate it to a modern dynamic stack. This allowed for the automation of the company's internal processes and significantly improved the user experience (UX) on mobile devices.
Technology Stack
Backend: #PHP 8.2, #Laravel Framework
Database: #MySQL
Frontend: Bootstrap 5.2, Blade, JavaScript
Integrations: #Telegram Bot API
Key Stages and Completed Work
1. Architectural Migration and Development
The complete transfer of the website content to a relational MySQL database was carried out.
A #responsive design (Mobile First) was developed using Bootstrap 5.2, ensuring optimal service performance on all types of devices.
The server code was optimized for PHP 8.2 to achieve maximum speed.
2. Analytical Module and Business Intelligence
An interactive Admin Dashboard was implemented for sales monitoring.
A comparative analytics system was developed: visualization of sales graphs for the current and previous periods for strategic planning.
3. Automation and Content Management
A full-fledged CRUD system was created for managing the product catalog (adding, editing, deactivating).
Price list generation: an algorithm for automatic formation of the current price list with one click was implemented, saving managers' time.
4. Marketing and SEO
Tools for managing meta-data and SEO parameters of pages were integrated to improve indexing in Google.
Telegram integration: a bot channel was developed for subscribing to updates, which increased customer retention (LTV).
Project Result
The project transformed from a "digital business card" into a full-fledged tool for running a business. The implementation of automation (price lists, analytics) reduced personnel operational costs by 30%, while the transition to Laravel ensured high security and scalability of the system.
