Real estate object catalog with an interactive map and filters. Integration of Google Maps with two-way synchronization: clicking on a card focuses the marker on the map, and vice versa, clicking on the marker highlights the card.

Markers are rebuilt after each AJAX filter, with custom icons and info windows. One universal map class serves different types of catalogs. Optimized to avoid unnecessary database queries.
