The course covers the practical aspects of legal support for the IT business. Participants gain knowledge about entering the IT business and building legal processes, structuring IT companies in Ukraine and abroad, and protection against unlawful actions by law enforcement agencies. Significant attention is paid to issues of intellectual property, contract formation in the IT field, and the peculiarities of international structuring of the IT business. The program combines theoretical knowledge and practical cases necessary for lawyers and owners of technology companies.
