The course covers all key aspects of legal support for IT businesses. It addresses compliance issues, including marketing compliance for IT companies, the specifics of registering and conducting business in the USA, the conclusion and use of key contracts for product companies (SLA, EULA, Terms of Use). It also studies the relationships between shareholders of IT companies, the regulation of disputes over domain names in both Ukrainian courts and international jurisdictions. Special attention is given to working with personal data, the application of GDPR requirements, and their adaptation in Ukrainian companies.
