Educational software - traveling salesperson problem

A program has been created for a coursework project, solving the traveling salesman problem.
Technical stack: C#, WPF
Demonstrates: Complex GUI, graph/route, MVVM or a similar structure.
Additionally, comments have been provided in the code, as well as explanations of the purpose of each function.
