Task
The client needed comprehensive automation of processes on a digital goods marketplace: manual order processing, listing promotions, and competitor monitoring consumed most of the operational time. It was necessary to close the entire cycle—from customer interaction to management through a single panel.

Solution
An ecosystem of 5 Telegram bots and a web module was developed:
Bots (Python, aiogram 3):
— Automatic processing and issuance of orders after payment
— Notification system for new requests and statuses
— Auto-promotion of listings to the top on a schedule
— Integration with the service API for data synchronization
— Activity monitoring and notifications to the administrator

Web system:
— Browser extension that modifies the site's layout in real-time (implementation of additional control elements and data directly in the platform interface)
— Poller — a background service that tracks changes on the platform side and transmits events to the system
— Centralized control panel (TypeScript) — a single control point for all bots, orders, and statistics

Technical stack
Backend: Python, aiogram 3, integration with external API
Frontend/Panel: TypeScript, React
Infrastructure: browser extension (Manifest V3), background poller service, database for state synchronization

My role
Full development cycle: system architecture, writing all 5 bots, implementing the browser extension and poller service, control panel, deployment, and technical support.

Result
Manual operations were transitioned to automatic mode, order processing time was reduced from minutes to seconds, and listing promotions occur without operator involvement.

Estimated cost of developing the entire ecosystem is 30,000 UAH.
