Email marketing for the Carma.Taxi taxi service

Within the framework of this project, we developed and implemented an email marketing strategy to raise awareness and attract new customers to the Carma.Taxi taxi service. The project covered a wide range of activities, from setting up the email campaign to analysing the results.
Completed work:
1. Setting up the Send Pulse mailing list service:
Domain mail setup for Carma.Taxi.
SPF and DKIM DNS records were set up to ensure optimal email delivery.
2. Collecting an email database for cold email campaigns:
Attracted new customers through various channels such as the website, social media, and advertising.
Segmented the customer base according to their needs and validated email addresses to ensure the quality of the database.
3. Creation of emails for promotional campaigns:
We developed an attractive design and content in accordance with the Carma.Taxi corporate identity.
Text and images were created to engage and encourage customers to take action.
4. Mailing and analytics:
We sent promotional emails using Send Pulse to maximise the reach of the target audience.
We analysed email metrics, such as opens, clicks and conversions, to assess the effectiveness of the campaign.
Results:
This project helped Carma.Taxi to improve communication with its customers, increase brand awareness, and increase the number of new users. The metrics analysis confirmed the success of the email marketing strategy and provided important information for further campaign improvements.
