Energy Vision - Terms of Reference for the construction of Automated Commercial Accounting of Energy Resources

The Energy Vision software provides the construction of local and distributed automated systems for technical and commercial accounting of electricity and other energy resources. The program has a modular architecture and an open interface for interaction with other applications (COM technology). Data is entered into the system by polling the accounting devices via a digital interface, simultaneously through multiple communication channels. The polling schedule is tied to astronomical time. A wide range of intelligent meters and pulse concentrators is supported.
