Starting the work on the project our team needed to understand the logic of all the processes of the product and discern the code of the previous developer.The main task consisted in optimizing existing requests to databases and, parallelly, creating a new functional.It was also quite important to create a system of data formation in different types of reports, which would be able to process a large amount of reporting data.Decision
Our team managed to write the code of the previous developer and successfully realize the intended functional.We have developed a flexible reporting system that allows you to create reports on projects, cities, trading points, days and other data.In addition, in the system you can create photo and audio reports, select and combine the data that will be displayed in reports.For each employee a Dashboard (the current day report) is provided, which consists of the time of check-in/chek-out, geolocation, photo and audio.The system has been optimized in such a way that filling out all reporting forms, exporting and downloading aggregated files can be in the online mode, being at the trading point.Benefits
Sales companies can register on the platform and take advantage of many useful opportunities for reporting, work planning and control of the field staff.In the system, different levels of management and hierarchy of roles are implemented.That is, each customer can register all employees, and access to the functional will be provided according to the position and duties.The system significantly facilitates the processes of reporting and management, since they are automated.You can create a report online and export/import data into Excel.The web version of the platform has been added to the possibility of geolocation and tracking the location of employees to monitor their work.
