The EuroPAM database is part of the EU-funded digital reporting project on violations (DIGIWHIST), aimed at increasing trust in governments and improving the efficiency of public spending in Europe.
Tasks
Before developing the project, we identified the main tasks to be implemented:
- Develop a project concept for convenient presentation of a large amount of diverse data.
- Refine the UI/UX of the web portal to ensure maximum user comfort and interaction with the project.
- Design the web portal.
- Technical implementation of the project, including special scripts for displaying data in a user-friendly format.
- Populate the project with content.
Process
The Promodex team decided to implement the project in several stages:
- Create a project concept and develop a complete technical specification.
- Conduct search query analysis to compile the site's semantic core.
- Create the site structure considering the semantic core.
- Develop the UI/UX design based on analytics.
- Implement the portal design.
- Implement the necessary front-end and back-end work.
- Test the project, including load testing, usability, performance, and security.
- Populate the project with content.
Result
The Promodex team delivered a turnkey solution in 36 working days:
- The site is in the green zone of PageSpeed Insights, which is an important parameter for SEO optimization.
- A special JavaScript was developed to display graphs on content-rich pages of the site.
- The site was populated with content considering the huge volumes of data that needed to be presented in a reader-friendly format.

The project's audience includes analysts, investment funds, consulting agencies, and any analytical companies and associations.
