Execution of entering documents for Autodora

Database for the accounting of receiving applications, their distribution by departments, the appointment of the deadline of execution, responsible and further control of the execution of applications, the ability to make a sample on arbitrary request.

The deadline of execution is automatically determined when the application is entered into the base, from the entering date according to the norms for this type of application, and can be corrected manually within the limits of this period, and increased above the norm - only for those types of documents for which the manual prescribes that this is permitted.

Date and time of actual execution is fixed. The main form of the list allows one click to pick up all unfulfilled requests, delayed (not fulfilled + deadline passed), fulfilled in time, fulfilled with a deadline breach.

Search for applications by arbitrary criteria, as well as reporting is carried out in the "Search" menu.
