Export/Import module for OpenCart.

The purpose of this module was to ensure the compatibility of OpenCart with the new line of copyright framework for writing parser v3.XH, which is preparing for the release. The module is written on the basis of the "genital code" of the OS and uses the design in the general style of admin. The intermediate file format is as close as possible to the internal data display in the OS, but it can be opened and edited in Excel.
