Feat (Adaptive Website Development)

About the Project:
FEAT is a modern e-commerce platform designed for online sales with a user-friendly interface and advanced business features. Integrated with a CRM system, the platform provides full control over product management, including statuses (in stock, on order, available, etc.), significantly simplifying inventory management. It offers installment payment options, enabling customers to shop on flexible terms. Additionally, a personal account allows users to view order history, track purchase statuses, and manage their data.

Request:
The primary goal was to create a functional platform that ensures seamless product management and enhances customer interaction. The client sought a tool to automate order processing and optimize inventory management.

Solution:
We developed an online store using WordPress + WooCommerce, enabling efficient product management. Integration with KeyCRM automated product status updates and customer tracking. The Nova Poshta API was implemented for order tracking, while installment payments made purchases more accessible. The personal account streamlined order management, payments, and delivery processes.
