Festival “Labyrinth” (Kiev)
We developed the concept of the art project “Labyrinth”:
- Formation of schedule of activities;
Developing a visual concept;
The development of a unique trade offer (UTP);
- development of POS materials (flare, banners, sheets, visit cards, gift certificates, external banners);
- packaging the UTP in the landing and bringing the landing to a conversion of 5.5% using a series of A/B tests;
Development, setting and tracking contextual advertising from Google and Yandex (with a CTR level of 38%);
The concept of the SMM strategy (without its implementation);
Selection of masters for master classes, seminars;
Selection and training of closely specialized staff (facers, cascades, etc.and the
Selection and training of service staff (officers, barmen, administrators, etc.)
As a result, there was a large festival aimed at the children and the creative youth of the city of Kiev.
