Filgart
Creation of a logotype for the brand FiLGART.
Theme — winter clothing, as well as clothing for fishing and hunting.
Client's brief: the logo should convey a motif of toughness and endurance. The client is an active military member, so it was important to maintain a character and restraint in style. One of the main requirements was simplicity of perception without overly complex solutions, as well as proper spacing between elements, since the logo is planned to be used for embroidery in the future. It was also specifically noted to avoid a stencil style — separated letters or visual solutions in the spirit of markings on military crates.
Solution: thick, moderately massive, and solid letters with characteristic cuts against the direction of movement were used. They hint at toughness, endurance, and traces of trials that have shaped the brand's character. In the final letter "T," the cut is no longer used at the end, but only to connect with other letters in the composition. This creates a hint that the inscription as a single object has already formed its own strong character.
The client was satisfied with the result. The logotype has already been patented, and further collaboration on brand development is expected.
