Created a smart Telegram chatbot for a fitness studio using Make, Google Sheets, and OpenAI. The bot allows clients to book sessions, receive instant replies, and submit feedback. NLP-powered AI interprets free-text messages for better user experience. The entire system is automated and scalable with minimal manual work required.
