FitZone – Influencer & Ad Campaign for a Fitness App
FitZone wanted to scale its fitness app across new markets. I led a multi-channel campaign using Meta Ads, Google Display, and TikTok, working with local micro-influencers to boost engagement. I also redesigned the app store visuals and ran A/B tests to improve ad performance. The campaign generated 40,000+ new installs in 6 months, reduced CPA by 25%, and attracted an international investor, making it the app’s most successful year to date.
