Fix the contract

We set up parsing of ten real estate websites every hour using the web scraping tool ParceHub and configured data collection in a local Bubble database. This allows displaying current listings of available housing, no older than one hour. Users are offered a paid subscription that enables instant updates about new housing options via SMS or email and quick response to new rental opportunities.
