Built Truckly, a fleet and logistics coordination SaaS for gypsum transport from quarry to port. Designed and developed the full platform using Next.js with a scalable backend supporting real-time scheduling, truck assignment, and tracking. Implemented a smart scheduling engine with AI-powered fair load distribution, automated SMS notifications, and arrival verification. Delivered analytics dashboards and multi-tenant architecture to support 500+ trucks, improving coordination speed, fairness, and on-time delivery performance.
