1) Market analysis. In the project, I researched the main competitors (Duolingo, Ewa English, and Busuu) regarding speaking English, expensive tutors, or uninteresting formats.
2) I created a creative advertising strategy by analyzing meta ads, as well as created banners and visuals for the application.
3) Performance marketing - based on the data results, I determined which strategy became the most effective and which one should no longer receive resources.
