The package is made for the food delivery service "FoodDelivery".
The wrap is performed in accordance with the grid system (bootstrap4) cross-browser, with excellent adaptation under all resolutions.
A modular window (Bootstrap) with a further form of sending with target labels is implemented - a code that helps
the site administrator to understand from which location the landing was sent a request with further forming the database in the xls format
and of course a message to the administrator by mail about the new customer application.
