The individual audiences (customer base, site traffic) and lkl audiences were used. For each audience, relevant creatives were developed: ring galleries with photos of individual objects, video (slide show) with the infrastructure of residential complexes, special offers for the audience at each stage of the opening.
As a result, over a month of advertising activity, more than 300 applications for the purchase of real estate were collected.
