Voting form

When you launch the program, you are presented with a website in the search system where you can register or log in as a user. Alternatively, if you are an admin, you can log in as an admin. Users will only be given the right to vote and that's it. The admin is allowed to add new candidates and delete them, as well as view the voting results. All information is stored in the database.
