Forms and interface elements

A practical website to demonstrate skills in layout of commercial forms and interactive UI elements of any complexity. Built with HTML5 and CSS3. The site includes: Layout of various types of forms (simple, tabular, fixed, order form). Styling of custom elements: checkboxes, switches (radio buttons), toggles (switches), date picker, and file uploads.
