Functional 3D concept of a craft beer store
Creating a commercial interior is not just about visuals, but about the strict logic of the establishment's operation. In this project, a detailed 3D concept of a draft beer store (Industrial/Loft style) has been developed, which serves as a visual technical task (TT) for further furniture design and renovation work.
The main focus is on the combination of atmospheric aesthetics and the engineering thoughtfulness of the space:
The heart of the system is the Coolroom: Instead of bulky flow coolers under the counter, an insulated refrigeration room (+3°C...+5°C) with a transparent facade is provided. This extends the shelf life of the product, unloads the working area, and looks impressive to the customer.
Ergonomics and routing: Clearly calculated dimensions of the aisles (1100 mm) to avoid congestion during peak hours. The logic of customer movement leads from the snack displays to the cash register and pickup area without crossing flows.
Proper bar counter: A multi-level structure that takes into account the placement of cash equipment, scales, hidden storage areas (Storage D-03), and the mandatory integration of a drainage system for taps.
Working with the glass facade: The panoramic window is not blocked by solid shelves. Instead, a compact seating area with a bar counter is organized along it, which serves as a live showcase for passersby.
Technical readiness: The visual includes markings of nodes and dimensions, allowing engineers and furniture makers to immediately transfer the concept into working drawings without having to think through the details.
Are you looking for a commercial space design that not only looks stylish but is also technically well-designed for real business? Contact me, I would be happy to collaborate!
