The master plan for the residential complex has been created taking into account modern architectural and planning principles and the comfort of residents. The main goal is to ensure the functionality of the area, a convenient living environment, and a variety of recreational zones.
The complex consists of 8 residential sections (marked with numbers 1–8), arranged in a linear and L-shaped formation for effective use of the territory and the creation of an internal courtyard.
Children's playground (10): Centrally located in the internal courtyard for safety and convenient access.
Water body (10): A decorative element that adds aesthetics and coziness.
Arbor (18): A place for residents to relax in a shaded area.
Recreational area (14): Equipped territory with a stage for cultural events and outdoor recreation.
Football field (12) and basketball court (13): Created for active recreation and sports activities.
Bicycle paths: Planned for the safe movement of cyclists throughout the complex.
Parking for residents (15): Located near residential buildings for convenience and minimizing traffic in the internal courtyard.
Commercial parking (16) and parking for the sports complex (17): Separate zones for guests and visitors.
A significant part of the territory is allocated for green zones, which ensure the ecological sustainability and attractiveness of the space:
