Google Sheets with User Form

Each line on the main page corresponds to its list of additional services, for the editing of which a special form is created, which allows you to form a list of additional services: fill in content and price, change order, add standard services from the list. The list of standard services is edited on the settings sheet. Formed lists of additional services are stored on a separate sheet, on the main sheet the total cost of additional services is displayed in the corresponding line.
