H-Scripts Auto Verification Module

Module to verify manual payments through the Payeer system.
1) the customer indicates the amount, the batch and the number of his wallet
2) the module verifies this payment by API
3) In case of successful check, the funds are accounted for the balance
4) if the payment is not found or its parameters have not been checked, it will try to do this automatically the specified number once with the specified interval (e.g. 5 times, every 10 minutes)
