Hinged part of the headphones (FDM print)

I wanted to show what I do from start to finish. I would have listed this model as free, but unfortunately, it is actually custom-made only for the "HATOR Hyperpunk 3 Hi-Res" headphones.
Purpose: The part was designed from scratch to replace the missing factory mount. The design was based on custom measurements and requirements for strength and mobility.
Design features:
U-shaped groove for secure fixation of the mounting protrusion.
Ball joint for adjusting the angle of the ear cushions.
Technical tolerances for a tight yet movable fit.
