Effects and transitions: Standard transitions, without flash or shake, because the clip is lightweight. Effects: Rotoscope effect with clones and TV damage to create a lag effect. Saber effect (plugin) with a blue hand like lightning. Lots of light and flash (Deep glow) on the car background. 3D traffic light made independently and animated.
