Hochu Platform

A unique format of a bulletin board has been implemented, where sellers offer their solutions based on specific requests instead of buyers searching for products. The project has been developed from scratch with a focus on scalable architecture and high performance.

Functionality:
• "Reverse Search" Mechanism: Creation of "I want to buy" requests specifying budget and characteristics, to which sellers send their offers.
• Distributed Profile Types: Independent Buyer and Seller accounts within one account to focus only on necessary features.
• Status System: Smart filtering of ads that displays only relevant and available requests in the search.
• Trust Ecosystem: Rating, feedback system, and public user activity history (previous ads and feedback on them).
• Interaction Analytics: Ability to see the activity of the other party in the app to make a decision about collaboration.
• Technology Stack: High-performance architecture on Next.js, Nest.js, and MongoDB.
• Security and Speed: Full integration with Cloudflare for protection and traffic optimization.
• Adaptability: The interface is fully optimized for mobile devices and desktop.

Result: A scalable platform with well-thought-out business logic has been created, ready to enter international markets.
