Clients approached me who wanted to breathe new life into their apartment for short-term rental. The problem was that it was hardly being rented out, and guests showed no interest. The task is to create a universal and stylish redesign for two guests that will be relevant at any time of the year. Remote consulting.

What has been done:
1. A comprehensive analysis of the property was conducted to assess its strengths and weaknesses.
2. Recommendations for technical and visual improvements that can be implemented within the specified budget and in a short time frame were provided (because every day of downtime also costs money).
3. Concept collages were created: several options for style, color scheme, and decor elements were proposed.
4. Furniture and materials for renovation were selected.

The budget for project implementation is 1500 euros.
