House 12 one-storey house project

Project of a single-storey house of 280 square meters. meters located in the countryside of the Dnepropetrovsk region. The area is a large green field with a practically flat relief. The abundance of green plants around the house makes it an ideal place for rural recreation. The building is organically embedded in the natural context.

The architectural image of the one-storey house is a laconic, straight-angle volume, to which the terrace lies along the southern facade. To the house leads a swallowed steep entrance road, on both sides of which the pedestrian roads are stretched, borne with concrete blocks. The facade of the house is covered with a large-format ceramic border on the system of the ventilated facade. The black massive volume gained ease and transparency thanks to the application of the Reynaers Aluminium rotating system along the entire southern facade.
