iKnowRos - Marketplace Analytics SaaS

iKnowROS is a web-based analytics platform designed to digitize and centralize business performance metrics for marketplace sellers. The system connects to seller accounts via API tokens, continuously aggregates sales and operational data, and produces automated financial and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Core Capabilities
• Automated Marketplace Data Integration: Periodic retrieval of sales, orders, and financial data from connected marketplace accounts. 
• Financial Analytics: Calculation of unit economics and key indicators including ROS, ROI, net profit, cost breakdowns, and profit/loss summaries. 
• Operational Reporting: Aggregated statistics on order fulfillment, sales distribution, and inventory performance across defined time windows. 
• Product and Assortment Insights: Analysis segmentation for product groups, ABC classification for inventory prioritization. 
• Telegram Bot Integration: Optional Telegram bot for daily summaries, alerts, and interactive report delivery.

iKnowROS enables marketplace sellers to centralize otherwise fragmented metrics into a single analytical interface, automating repetitive calculations and delivering business insights without manual data consolidation.

Responsibilities & Contributions
• Architected and implemented the backend using Nest.js with modular service layers.
• Built the frontend with Next.js, incorporating server-side rendering and client-side interactivity.
• Designed the database schema and managed relational data in PostgreSQL.
• Integrated Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Configured Docker containers for consistent development and deployment environments.
