Implementation of communication with steakholders

In the recommendations are presented the essence, the purpose and the sight of communication with steykholder, the essence and the principles of the organization of the consultation process, the advantages of the use of public consultations in the formulation of state policy, approach to the analysis of the interested pages (steykholder). Also proposed a review of the organizational aspects of the conduct of consultations with the publicity of the meth, the plan and the hours between consultations, the methods and forms of consultation and active involvement of citizens (electronic consultations, representative survey of public opinion (anketing, individual interview), focus groups, advisory bodies, public hearing, public discussions, conferences, forums, round chairs, seminars, guest lectures, informal consultations). Also attention is paid to the open method of coordination - how it works and the spheres of politicians in which the method is used.
