Implementation of WP template

1 . Set up two forms of feedback.
2nd Configurate the multi-language site. (the language translator)
Three To the main page add the "Profit" block. (I am going to go to the Ls)
4 . “Portfolio” section on the website. Open each portfolio as a separate page of the site. (Today it is opened as an article from the blog.)
