Architectural Design
The project provides for a global reconstruction of the house of the end of the XIX century, in the style of the eclectic.
The concept of the project provides for the dismantling of the old building, in addition to one of the erkers, which is planned to restore, comprehensive planning solutions consist in the interconnectivity of the area with the building. The architect and the buyer agreed on the idea of preserving the memory of the old building, which is well expressed in the classical erker, the roof of facades, and the regular planning of the area.
