Full cycle of developing a premium segment suitcase, executed in a CAD environment with subsequent photorealistic visualization. The project is fully oriented towards industrial production.
During the design process, the following tasks were addressed:
Industrial CAD modeling: A complex assembled structure of the body was developed, including ribs, protective corner pads, an integrated telescopic handle, and wheel block attachment nodes. The internal organization was designed with consideration for molds for plastic injection and carbon forming.
Materials science and ergonomics: The texture of carbon fiber and metal elements was calculated based on the actual physical properties of the materials to achieve maximum strength of the structure with minimal weight.
Studio 3D visualization: A series of photorealistic renders was created in an isolated studio environment in all necessary orthogonal and perspective projections (including a bottom view of the wheelbase and the interior of the suitcase in an open position) for catalogs and product presentation.
