Project task:

Implementation:
Infrastructure preparation: Creation and complete technical setup of corporate email accounts. Configuration of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to verify sender authenticity.
Validation and cleaning of the database: Preliminary check of 13,000+ contacts for "viability." This helped avoid a high Bounce Rate and protect domain reputation.
Warming up: Gradual increase in sending (from 10 to 40 emails per day from one account).
Working in Snov.io: Creation of a professional email template that displays correctly on all devices.
Analytics and control: Daily monitoring of open and click statistics through the Snov.io dashboard.

Results in numbers:
Successfully sent: 13,000+ emails.
Deliverability: ~97% (thanks to proper technical setup and database cleanliness).
Open Rate: High open rate (30%+), indicating effective subject line copywriting. The effectiveness of the mailing exceeded the average market indicators for cold email marketing by 1.5 times.
