Instagram Lead Automation with ManyChat & Make

Built an end-to-end Instagram lead automation funnel using ManyChat and Make. The system automatically reacts to comments and story replies with specific keywords, sends personalized DMs with gated content, collects user data, stores leads in Google Sheets, creates contacts in HubSpot CRM, and schedules calls via Google Calendar. The solution replaced a third-party booking service that did not allow API access, while keeping the same business outcome. Result: fully automated lead capture and booking flow without manual work.
