Integration 1c and Ukrpost

The subsystem allows you to generate and print TDN and TDN registers directly from 1C. It also carries tracking in automatic mode.
There are versions of the subsystem designed for configurations in the usual and managed forms (#UT2.3, #UTP, #UPP, #UT3, #KA).
