- Implementation of the BPMS system for business process management Contentum, specifically the description, preparation of the technical task, verification, and support of the following business processes:
1. Automation of the business process "Agreement and signing of contracts/additional agreements," which includes several contract templates, multiple approval routes, automatic verification and addition of a new counterparty through the YouControl service, signing through the "On Time" service.
2. Automation of the business process "Memorandum."
3. Automation of the business process "Approval of penalties and incentives," which includes an automatic approval route for the payment of incentives or penalties from an employee, with automatic accrual in the 1C Zup 8.3 program.
4. Automation of the business process "Request for payment of the invoice," which includes an automatic approval route for payment, enhancement of the "Payment Calendar," uploading the payment register to the client bank, and synchronization with Accounting 1C and 1C-Management Accounting.
